Miles turned 3 months old a couple days ago. And just like that he's become a totally different baby, like he's firmly on the planet now. He smiles now, a lot! And he holds things firmly. He is so engaged in whatever is going on. He is lifting his head and shoulders off the bed and trying to get up by trying to lift his head up with his left hand. It's very cute how determined he is to get that big pumpkin head off the floor with his tiny baby hands. Also on his 3 month birthday he decided it was time to take matters into his own hands and grabbed his bottle from Norris and held it firmly with both hands. Coordination and strength are building and having grandparents here giving him absolutely tons of attention helps it along even more. He's starting to reach for you when he's lying in the crib and wants to be picked up and it kind of makes me sad because his little baby baby days are coming to a close. I'm glad he's developing well but now that he can pretty much hold his head up and reach it's just different than when he was a completely limp noodle.
